Acceptance of Terms

Client Responsibilities

The client agrees that all submitted content either belongs to them or that they possess all necessary rights, permissions, and licenses required for publication or use.

Clients remain responsible for reviewing all proofs, drafts, layouts, and deliverables before granting final approval.

Author Ownership

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, authors retain ownership of their original manuscripts and intellectual property.

Publishing Services does not claim ownership of a client’s manuscript, story, illustrations, or creative work solely by providing publishing services.

Any licenses granted to Publishing Services are limited solely to completing the agreed services.

Project Timelines

Estimated project timelines are provided in good faith based on the information available at the beginning of the project.

Actual completion dates may vary due to:

• Client revisions
• Delayed communication
• Additional service requests
• Technical requirements
• Third-party platform processing
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Time estimates should not be interpreted as guaranteed completion dates.

Payments

Project fees are communicated before work begins.

Failure to complete agreed payments may result in suspension of services until the account is brought current.

Revisions

Unused revision opportunities do not create entitlement to refunds or future services.

Extended periods of inactivity may delay project completion or result in administrative closure of inactive projects.

Clients remain responsible for complying with any applicable requirements established by such platforms.

Intellectual Property

Termination

Either party may terminate a project subject to the applicable service agreement and refund policy.

Termination does not eliminate payment obligations for work already completed.

Any completed deliverables remain subject to applicable payment terms.
